Most of Hai Duong teachers' petitions have been resolved.

Implementing the conclusion of the Secretary of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee at the conference on contact and dialogue between the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee with cadres, civil servants and public employees in the field of education and training in Hai Duong, from September 2023 to present, most of the recommendations at the conference have been resolved.

After the conclusion of the Provincial Party Secretary, relevant units immediately developed a plan to advise, deploy and carry out each task. Specifically, the Department of Education and Training has key tasks related to staffing and teacher recruitment; supplementing and replacing missing and degraded classrooms; purchasing teaching equipment; talent attraction policies; developing specialized high schools and key middle schools; and implementing the new textbook program.

The Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs has 6 tasks related to tuition support for students at vocational training institutions; promotion of professional titles; linking businesses with vocational training institutions; planning and perfecting the network of vocational training institutions; tuition exemption and reduction for secondary school students continuing to intermediate level; and determining job needs.

The Department of Home Affairs has 5 tasks related to teacher recruitment; promotion of professional titles for teachers; policies to attract talent, train teachers; preferential policies for teachers; building a project on suitable job positions for public educational institutions...

Many recommendations have been immediately realized through preferential policies, projects and specific tasks, showing the positive effects of the above-mentioned contact and dialogue conference.

Currently, only a few tasks of the Department of Education and Training and the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs are being implemented, but they still face many difficulties and problems such as: related to advising on the promulgation of policies to attract talents, attract good and excellent students to the pedagogical sector according to Decree No. 116/2020/ND-CP dated September 25, 2020 of the Government; implementing Plan No. 2747/KH-UBND dated July 30, 2020 of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province on purchasing teaching equipment and training managers and teachers to meet the requirements of the new general education program for the period 2020-2025; forecasting and determining job needs...
