On October 7, 12 districts, towns and cities in Hai Duong province simultaneously opened the 2023 recruitment exam for teachers and education staff (round 2).
After the opening ceremony, candidates will take the written exam on the morning of October 8. Previously, the Provincial People's Committee issued a Decision on establishing 4 inspection teams for the recruitment of teachers and staff of public educational institutions in the education and training sector in 2023. The 4 inspection teams, led by leaders of the Department of Home Affairs and the Department of Education and Training, will inspect 12 districts, towns, cities and schools under the Department of Education and Training in the province. By the afternoon of October 5, the 4 teams had inspected the preparation work for the recruitment exam at units and localities in the province.
In 2023, the whole province needs to recruit 1,353 teachers and staff in the education and training sector. Through receiving, classifying and checking the registration forms of candidates, the whole Hai Duong province has more than 1,000 people qualified to participate in the second round of recruitment. 4 localities have more qualified candidates than the recruitment quota, including Thanh Ha (82 qualified candidates/72 recruitment quotas); Hai Duong City (97/85); Chi Linh (99/68); Cam Giang (191/177) and the Department of Education and Training has a need to recruit 56 quotas in the high school sector but only 51 qualified candidates. The remaining localities all have lower qualified candidates than the recruitment quota.
