Strive for 95% of localities to have various types of clubs for the elderly.

In 2025, the Vietnam Association of the Elderly at all levels will promote socialization, diversify the content, methods, and models of care, striving for 95% or more of the associations at the grassroots level to have some type of club for the elderly. This is one of the main contents of the 2025 emulation covenant signed by the Vietnam Elderly Emulation Cluster No. III on February 21 in Chi Linh City.

The Elderly Association at all levels focuses on building and developing the Elderly Care Fund and promoting the role of the elderly. Coordinate the establishment of health management records, organize consultations, periodic health check-ups and implement the eye-brightness program for the elderly.

Continue to organize training courses and replicate the Intergenerational Self-Help Club model. At the same time, create favorable conditions for the Elderly Association at all levels to strengthen management, maintain, develop, and improve the quality of activities of this club.

In addition, the Elderly Association at all levels focuses on building a clean and strong association base. Strongly promote the role of the elderly in participating in building the Party, government and political system. Continue to promote the emulation movement "Old age - Bright example" in the direction that the movement must closely follow the political tasks and socio-economic development of the locality...

Emulation cluster No. III includes 6 provinces and cities: Hanoi, Hai Phong, Quang Ninh, Bac Ninh, Vinh Phuc and Hai Duong. In 2025, the Hai Duong Provincial Association of the Elderly will be the head of the emulation cluster.
