As of July 19, the illegal house and factory construction on agricultural land of Mr. Nguyen Van Son's household in O Me village, Hung Dao commune, Tu Ky district (Hai Duong) has not been dismantled.
The illegal constructions of Mr. Son's family were built from May 2019 to April 2020.
In April 2021, the Chairman of Tu Ky District People's Committee issued a decision to administratively sanction Mr. Nguyen Van Son's household; requiring the family to dismantle the violating construction and restore the original state of the land.
Hung Dao Commune also made a record of administrative violations, repeatedly reminded, mobilized, and propagandized Mr. Son's household to voluntarily dismantle the illegal construction.
