Comrade Secretary of Ninh Giang District Party Committee Pham Van Khanh and leaders of Ninh Giang District People's Committee received citizens on the morning of June 10.

At the citizen reception, Mr. Vu Duy Dinh and Mr. Bui The Phuong in Van Hoi commune requested the leaders of Ninh Giang district to postpone the time by a few months to dismantle the construction located in the corridor of provincial road 396.

The reason given by the two men is that it takes time to build houses and factories in other areas. If they are demolished immediately, there will be no place to live and do business. Mr. Phuong's son is currently hospitalized in Hanoi, so the family is facing many difficulties.
