Following the news of natural disasters closely over the past few days, model Thanh Hang said she was heartbroken by the images of people fleeing floods at night, huddled on rooftops waiting for relief. She sent 100 million VND in support to the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front. "I think I'm far away and can't do much, so I try to share a little bit of my heart and support people," the model said.

In addition to cash, many artists are looking to buy medical supplies, medicines, and necessities to send to provinces that are deeply flooded. In addition to supporting 300 million VND, director Ly Hai - Minh Ha and his wife are buying life jackets and flashlights with their friends and family to send to representatives and give to people in Lao Cai and Yen Bai on September 11.

Actor Dai Nghia said that when he heard the news that people in many places were suffering from floods, he recalled the time four years ago when the Central region suffered from natural disasters. At that time, he stayed up all night reading messages calling for help from units sent back. On September 9, Dai Nghia decided to sell some jewelry and souvenirs, and with some friends bought thousands of life jackets and vacuum-packed banh chung packages, sending them to Yen Bai, Bac Giang, Lang Son, and Thai Nguyen. He said he only accepted donations from friends and relatives, not from the audience.

Just flying from Ho Chi Minh City to Hanoi, singer Bang Kieu immediately joined the relief team to Yen Bai to bring necessary items such as life jackets and necessities to support soldiers as well as people in flooded areas.
