Many cosmetic shops in Thanh Ha are unlicensed.

From July 30 to August 2, the Thanh Ha District Interdisciplinary Inspection Team (Hai Duong) conducted a surprise inspection of 15 cosmetic service establishments that are only allowed to tattoo, spray, and embroider on the skin, and do not use injectable anesthetics in the district. After 4 days of inspection, the Team discovered that most of the establishments had not self-declared and notified that they met the conditions for providing cosmetic services and sent them to the Department of Health as prescribed. Very few cosmetic service establishments have business registration licenses or vocational training certificates issued by legal training or vocational training establishments.

The district's interdisciplinary inspection team has drawn up a record, reminded and requested the cosmetic service providers to complete legal procedures. Within 30 days, if they do not correct and complete the procedures, they will be punished according to the law.
