Of the 22 projects and constructions added to the 2023 land use plan of Nha Trang City, 20 plots of land are expected to be auctioned.
Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision approving the supplement to the 2023 land use plan of Nha Trang City.
According to this decision, 22 projects and works are added to the 2023 land use plan of Nha Trang City, including two projects and 20 auctioned land lots.
Two projects added to the 2023 land use plan of Nha Trang City are the Vinpearl Phu Quy residential area project in Vinh Nguyen and Vinh Truong wards with a scale of 33.8 hectares. Along with that is the Center for Application of Science and Technology Advances in Ngoc Hiep ward, with a scale of 0.93 hectares.
For 20 new land plots added to the land use plan of Nha Trang City and will be auctioned for land use rights, most have an area of less than 1 hectare.
Of which, there are 18 land plots expected to be auctioned according to the plan to rearrange and handle houses and land of agencies, organizations, units, localities, and state-owned enterprises under the management of Khanh Hoa province.
Specifically, there are 8 plots of land in Van Thang ward; 3 plots of land in Van Thanh ward; 2 plots of land in Xuong Huan ward; 2 plots of land in Phuong Sai ward.
Tan Lap, Vinh Thanh and Vinh Tho wards each have one plot of land.
In addition, a 2-hectare land plot in My Gia Urban Area, Vinh Thai Commune, Nha Trang City will also be auctioned for land use rights.
According to the 2023 land use plan approved by the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee at the end of April 2023, this year, Nha Trang City will use 10,285.73 hectares of agricultural land, 8,612.15 hectares of non-agricultural land and 6,524.59 hectares of unused land.
In 2023, Nha Trang City plans to reclaim 407.12 hectares of agricultural land and 78.49 hectares of non-agricultural land.
At the same time, change the purpose of use of 433.37 hectares of agricultural land to non-agricultural land; change the structure of use for 77.2 hectares of internal agricultural land; change 1.12 hectares of non-agricultural land that is not residential land to residential land.
