Cause of explosion that killed and injured 3 people in Ha Tinh

At noon on November 18, responding to the press, the leader of the People's Committee of Dinh Ban commune, Thach Ha district, Ha Tinh province said that the results of the scene investigation of the explosion that resulted in 3 casualties in the area were available.

“After the incident, the victim's family said the cause of the accident was a mini gas tank explosion while the victims were eating.

However, after conducting an investigation at the scene, authorities determined that the cause was that the victims had previously ordered explosive materials online to make homemade fireworks, leading to the horrific explosion.Commune People's Committee leader informed

Currently, Mr. Nguyen Trong H. (24 years old), one of the three victims of the explosion, has died. The remaining two victims are being treated at the hospital.

As previously reported, on the evening of November 17, at a house in village 8, Dinh Ban commune, an explosion occurred, causing 3 people to suffer severe burns to their heads and legs.

The victims were identified as Vo Ta Q. (15 years old), Nguyen Trong H. (24 years old), and Tran Van H. (18 years old), all residing in village 8, Dinh Ban commune.

The reporter's source said that the explosion occurred in the 10m2 kitchen of the victim H's grandmother. On the evening of November 17, the victim H. invited the other two victims to her house, and not long after that the explosion occurred. At the scene, furniture was overturned and the roof collapsed.

Immediately after the incident, three victims were taken to Ha Tinh General Hospital by relatives for emergency treatment in critical condition.
