In Hanoi, from the afternoon of January 24, traffic volume increased, many routes were congested due to overload of vehicles moving out of Hanoi such as: Ring Road 3, Ring Road 2 and some main routes through the city; on National Highway 5, Co Linh, Nguyen Van Cu, Chuong Duong Bridge, Vinh Tuy Bridge, Nguyen Khoi embankment... traffic volume was high, vehicles moved slowly, no congestion occurred.
In Ho Chi Minh City and neighboring localities: On the Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh - Dau Giay and Ho Chi Minh City - Trung Luong - My Thuan expressways, traffic volume increased, vehicles were crowded, moving slowly, and there were no traffic jams.
