Police announced on March 23 that at least three people were killed and 14 others were injured in a shooting at Youth Park in the desert city of Las Cruces, New Mexico, US, at around 10:00 p.m. on March 21 (local time).
The gunshot victims, ranging in age from 16 to 36, were taken to all three local hospitals, as well as to the University Medical Center of El Paso, according to police and hospital officials.
The victims were all male, including two 19-year-old men and a 16-year-old boy, all of whom have not been identified.
Police are appealing to witnesses to share video and other information as they continue to search for the suspect in the horrific attack.
A press conference on the attack is expected to be held on March 22 (local time).
