This is the salary at a foreign-invested enterprise (FDI) in Hanoi paid to an employee.
The Hanoi Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs has just announced that in January, the number of employed workers increased. Hanoi created jobs for 19,364 workers (an increase of 24.8% over the same period in 2024).
Of which, jobs were created for 6,889 workers from the Hanoi budget capital entrusted through the Social Policy Bank with an amount of 515 billion VND.
Regarding workers' wages, in 2024, the average wages of workers in the area tended to increase more evenly compared to the results reported in the same period last year in all types of enterprises.
The average salary of FDI enterprises in 2024 is 7.9 million VND/person/month. Of which, the highest salary is 147 million VND/person/month; the lowest salary is 4.96 million VND/person/month.
The average salary in 2024 of a 100% state-owned LLC is VND 7.5 million/person/month. The highest salary is VND 25.2 million/person/month; the lowest salary is VND 5.1 million/person/month.
The average salary of a joint stock company with a dominant State capital contribution in 2024 is VND 7.5 million/person/month. The highest salary is VND 43 million/person/month; the lowest salary is VND 5.2 million/person/month.
For private enterprises, the average salary in 2024 is 7.3 million VND/person/month. Of which, the highest salary is 59 million VND/person/month; the lowest salary is 5 million VND/person/month.
