Dong Lac residents (Nam Sach) request to issue "red books" for land illegally allocated more than 30 years ago

At the meeting, many people in Dong Lac commune reported that they had purchased land illegally from the previous period and had not yet been granted land use right certificates.

Some households in Mieu Lang village who bought land without authority in 1989 - 1990 no longer have documents related to land allocation, some plots of land have changed in area or are in dispute. In addition, the boundary of Highway 37 corridor has changed compared to the period when households were allocated land. Many households have built solid houses 5m from the edge of the road, all or most of the plot area is located within Highway 37 corridor.

Comrade Ho Ngoc Lam, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Nam Sach District (Hai Duong) emphasized that granting land use right certificates for land illegally allocated in the previous period is a legitimate aspiration of the people, but there are currently many problems.

According to the 2024 Land Law, the Nam Sach District People's Committee will continue to direct specialized agencies and the Dong Lac Commune People's Committee to guide people to submit applications for land use right certificates according to the provisions of Article 140 of this Law. In case people have a need and are eligible for land use right certificates, they will carry out the issuance procedures according to regulations. In cases where land allocation documents are not kept and there are any problems, the district will ask for guidance from higher authorities and resolve them according to regulations.

At the conference, some people reported that Hoang Thanh General Trading and Commercial Services Joint Stock Company was not assembling scrap in Hao Quan village in the right place, causing a risk of fire and explosion. Immediately after the dialogue ended, the Chairman of Nam Sach District People's Committee went to inspect the site. However, at the time of the inspection, the company had cleaned up and there was no more assembling of trash and scrap on the land.
