On January 10, Hai Duong will hold a conference to announce the provincial planning and promote investment.

Speaking at the conference, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department Nguyen Quang Phuc emphasized that the conference to announce the provincial planning and promote investment in Hai Duong province is a political event of great significance to the Party Committee, government and people of Hai Duong. Press and media agencies need to focus on disseminating the contents of the provincial planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050, in a synchronous and unified manner with the general development goals and orientations. The propaganda content needs to highlight the province's wishes and aspirations in creating a breakthrough on the basis of maximizing potential and advantages in order to proactively seize favorable opportunities, mobilize and effectively use resources, and soon turn Hai Duong into an economic center, a large urban area with strong attraction and influence in the Red River Delta and the whole country.

Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department Nguyen Quang Phuc requested press and media agencies to flexibly choose appropriate forms of propaganda to clearly reflect the content and message of the province through the event of announcing the planning and promoting investment. Particularly, Hai Duong Newspaper and the Provincial Radio and Television Station should increase the opening of special pages, columns, news and articles reflecting the planning content, the implementation of the planning and promoting investment in the province. In addition to the propaganda task, the two units coordinate to support the central press agencies with information and images when needed.

Regarding the conference to announce the planning and promote investment in Hai Duong province, the Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department said that the conference will take place on the morning of January 10 at the Eastern Cultural Center (Hai Duong City). Attending the conference are leaders of the Government, heads of ministries, branches, and central agencies; former leaders of the Party and State who are from Hai Duong; representatives of diplomatic agencies, international organizations... On the provincial side, there are former members of the Provincial Party Committee, members of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee, leaders of the Provincial People's Council and National Assembly Delegation, leaders of the Provincial People's Committee and Fatherland Front through the periods; members of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee, members of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee, leaders of the Provincial People's Council, Provincial People's Committee and agencies, departments, and branches of the province... Along with the announcement of the provincial planning, the province will announce the list of projects attracting investment and grant investment policy decisions and investment certificates to a number of enterprises.

In addition to the main event, Hai Duong will arrange a space to introduce the planning and display the province's specialties and typical products. On the occasion of attending the conference to announce the provincial planning and promote investment in Hai Duong province, the leaders and the Government delegation are expected to inspect production activities and give gifts to workers at Dai An Industrial Park (Hai Duong City); inspect a number of key projects and works in Chi Linh City.
