Increase investment in facilities and minimum teaching equipment to ensure good implementation of the 2018 general education program. Promote socialization, increase investment resources for educational development, diversify types of education and training, increase autonomy and social responsibility of educational institutions. On this occasion, the Department of Education and Training announced the President's decision to confer the title of Excellent Teacher to 9 individuals; the Prime Minister's decision to confer the title of National Emulation Fighter to 3 individuals from Hai Duong province. The Department of Education and Training commended many collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the 2023-2024 school year and the high school graduation exams, high school entrance exams, etc.
