On the morning of May 24, the Department of Industry and Trade coordinated with the Department of Trade Defense (Ministry of Industry and Trade) to organize a training conference to raise awareness of free trade agreements and trade defense measures.
Nearly 150 delegates from a number of departments, branches and businesses in the province attended a training conference to raise awareness of free trade agreements and trade defense measures.
The conference was attended by nearly 150 delegates from a number of departments, sectors and enterprises. The delegates were given an overview of free trade agreements and trade defense measures; the current status of the application of some legal provisions in the practical investigation of cases; and responses to foreign-initiated trade defense investigations of Vietnamese export goods. Thereby, state management agencies and enterprises were able to consolidate and supplement their knowledge of new-generation free trade agreements and trade defense measures, take advantage of opportunities, grasp how to handle trade defense lawsuits, contributing to protecting the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises and production and export industries.
