Improve the quality of protection and health care for the meritorious and the elderly

Hai Duong strives to have at least 70% of labor and social health care facilities qualified to provide primary health care and rehabilitation for people with revolutionary contributions, the elderly, children, the disabled and those in need of social assistance by 2025. By 2030, the above target will be 100%.

At least 10% of occupational and social health care facilities will be able to perform at least 80% of professional and technical activities of commune-level health care (by 2025) and by 2030, 30% of facilities will be able to perform the above activities.

By 2025, 80% of healthcare facilities will have electronic health management and monitoring, and by 2030, 100%.

These are the basic goals set by the People's Committee of Hai Duong province in the plan to improve the quality of health care and protection for people with revolutionary contributions, the elderly, children, people with disabilities and those in need of social assistance in the area by 2030.
