Compared to the beginning of the 2020-2025 term, Nam Sach district (Hai Duong) reduced 2 Party Committee Secretaries who are also Commune People's Committee Chairmen.

As of November 19, Nam Sach district has 6 communes with Party Committee Secretary who is also the Chairman of the Commune People's Committee. These are Nam Hung, Hop Tien, Thanh Quang, Quoc Tuan, Nam Trung and An Lam communes. Compared to the beginning of the term, there are 2 fewer localities with Party Committee Secretary who is also the Chairman of the Commune People's Committee.

Nam Sach is one of the localities with the largest number of Party Committee Secretaries who are also Commune People's Committee Chairmen in the province. The reduction is due to the fact that the Party Committee Secretary and Chairman of the People's Committee of An Son Commune was transferred and appointed to the position of Party Committee Secretary of Hiep Cat Commune from September 2024; the Party Committee Secretary and Chairman of the People's Committee of Phu Dien Commune was transferred and appointed to the position of Party Committee Secretary of Dong Lac Commune from November 2024.

It is expected that after the reorganization of commune-level administrative units in the 2023-2025 period, the number of Party Committee Secretaries who are also Commune People's Committee Chairmen in Nam Sach will decrease due to some comrades retiring before the age and not implementing the above policy in new communes.
