Nam Sach District (Hai Duong) requires agencies and units to focus on issuing and exchanging documents for people in merged communes, to be completed within 6 months.
On the morning of November 12, the People's Committee of Nam Sach district organized the announcement of the resolution of the National Assembly Standing Committee on the arrangement of commune-level administrative units for the 2023-2025 period.
After the reorganization, from December 1, Nam Sach district will have new communes and towns: Tran Phu (merged from Nam Trung and Nam Chinh communes); An Phu (merged from Phu Dien and An Lam communes); Quoc Tuan (merged from Thanh Quang and Quoc Tuan communes); Nam Sach town (merged from Nam Hong commune and Nam Sach town).

The People's Committee of Nam Sach district requested communes, towns, police and judicial agencies and relevant units to prioritize organizing peak periods, focusing on converting documents for agencies, organizations and citizens according to regulations, to be completed within 6 months from December 1.
The People's Committees of communes and towns formed after the arrangement and merger shall coordinate with the police, judicial agencies and relevant units to develop a propaganda plan and organize the conversion of documents for agencies, organizations and citizens right in the locality.
The district will also ensure maximum legitimate benefits for people and businesses, especially for redundant staff after the arrangement and merger of commune-level administrative units.
