The Fatherland Front at all levels in Hai Duong plans to support the construction of 185 "great solidarity" houses for poor households.

Accordingly, from April to October this year, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee will coordinate with the Bank for Social Policies, Hai Duong branch, to support the construction of 20 "great solidarity" houses for poor households in 12 districts, towns and cities; the support level is 50 million VND/house.

Thanh Ha, Ninh Giang, Tu Ky, Thanh Mien, Gia Loc, Binh Giang, Cam Giang and Kim Thanh districts each received 2 houses; the remaining districts, towns and cities each received 1 house.

The beneficiaries of the "great solidarity" house building support are poor and near-poor households living in dilapidated and degraded houses, unable to afford to rebuild or repair. Priority is given to poor households, lonely elderly people with no place to live, people with disabilities, and orphans.

In addition to the plan of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, this year, the Fatherland Front Committee and the District-level "For the Poor" Fund Mobilization Committee in Hai Duong also plan to support the construction of 165 "great solidarity" houses for poor households.
