In the process of implementing the work, the District Military Party Committee strengthens inspection and supervision of the implementation of the contents and criteria for building a comprehensively strong, "Exemplary, typical" unit. Every month, the Party Committee meets to listen to reports on the implementation results of each Party cell to direct timely resolution of work.

Before 2020, training in Tu Ky district faced many difficulties and limited quality. From 2020 to now, the Tu Ky District Military Command has invested hundreds of millions of VND to renovate reading rooms, football fields, and sports halls to serve the needs of officers and soldiers.
