For the first time, the Association of Agent Orange Victims held a congress at all three levels.

The first congress of the Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin for the 2024-2029 term will be held at three levels, with the provincial level expected to be held next December.

Hai Duong Province Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin held a conference to discuss personnel plans for the 5th Congress, term 2024-2029.

On the morning of November 12, the Executive Committee of the Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin of Hai Duong province, term IV, 2019-2024, agreed on the requirements, conditions, and personnel standards to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and Inspection Committee of the Association, term V, 2024-2029.

The number of Executive Committee members is expected to include 23 members. Of which, 3 members are Standing Committee members, 8 members are leaders of some departments, branches and unions of the province, 12 members are Chairmen of district-level associations.

Delegates give opinions at the conference

The Standing Committee of the 5th term is expected to have 7 members. The Standing Committee of the Association has 3 members including 1 Chairman and 2 Vice Chairmen. The Inspection Committee has 3 members, of which the Head of the Inspection Committee is the Vice Chairman of the Association, 1 member is the Chairman of the District Association, and 1 member is the Vice Chairman of the District Association.

The Hai Duong Province Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin, term V, 2024-2029, will be held on December 12. About 200 delegates are expected to attend.

This is the first term that the Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin has organized congresses at all three levels in the province. Previously, congresses of 217 commune-level associations were completed in June, and district-level congresses were completed last October.
