In 2023, Hai Duong Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin mobilized over 14 billion VND, gave gifts and support to 24,650 Agent Orange victims.
At the conference, Major General Do Hong Lam, Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin, presented the flag of the leading unit in the emulation movement in 2023 to the Hai Duong Province Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin; presented 30 gifts (each worth 1.2 million VND) from the Central Association to Agent Orange/Dioxin victims in difficult circumstances in the province on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2024.
