The emulation movement to welcome Kinh Mon town (Hai Duong) as a type III urban area was launched in agencies, units, People's Committees of communes, wards, social organizations, enterprises and people in the whole town.
On November 9, Chairman of Kinh Mon Town People's Committee Bui Xuan Loc said that the town has just launched an emulation movement to achieve achievements to welcome the status of a type III urban area.
The content of the emulation is to carry out the task of building a type III urban area and organize the Ceremony to announce the Decision to recognize Kinh Mon town as a type III urban area. The movement is launched in all economic, cultural - social, national defense - security fields, implementing the political tasks of each agency, unit, locality... The emulation launching time is from November 1 to December 31.
