Kinh Mon appoints 5 heads of departments and offices

Kinh Mon Town (Hai Duong) has just appointed many department heads and division heads after restructuring the apparatus.

Secretary of Kinh Mon Town Party Committee Nguyen Vy presented the appointment decision and presented flowers to congratulate the leaders of the Town Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department.

Kinh Mon Town has organized the announcement of resolutions and decisions on the arrangement of the apparatus and staff of the Town Party Committee and Town People's Committee.

Accordingly, Mr. Nguyen Van Duc (born in 1981, member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Head of the City Party Committee's Propaganda Department) was appointed to the position of Head of the City Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department; at the same time, 1 Deputy Head of the City Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department was appointed.

Chairman of the Town People's Committee Bui Xuan Loc presented the decision and flowers to the heads of specialized departments under the Town People's Committee.

Mr. Nguyen Van Hoan (born in 1979, City Party Committee member, Head of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment) holds the position of Head of the Department of Economy, Infrastructure and Urban Areas; at the same time, 2 deputy heads of the department were appointed.

Mr. Nguyen Van An (born in 1975, City Party Committee member, Head of the Department of Internal Affairs) holds the position of Head of the Department of Internal Affairs; at the same time, 3 deputy heads of the department are appointed.

Mr. Nguyen Trong Thuong (born in 1976, Head of Economic Department) holds the position of Head of Agriculture and Environment Department; at the same time, 3 deputy heads of department were appointed.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Kha (born in 1973, Head of the Department of Culture and Information) holds the position of Head of the Department of Culture, Science and Information; at the same time, 1 deputy head of the department is appointed.

Previously, at the 21st Session, the People's Council of Kinh Mon town, term II, passed a resolution on the organization of specialized agencies under the People's Committee of the town.

According to the resolution, the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs will merge with the Department of Home Affairs to form the Department of Home Affairs. Establish the Department of Economy, Infrastructure and Urban Areas on the basis of receiving the functions and tasks of state management of the sectors and fields currently assigned to the Department of Urban Management and the functions and tasks of state management of industry and trade in the town from the Department of Economy. Establish the Department of Culture, Science and Information on the basis of receiving the functions and tasks of state management of the sectors and fields currently assigned to the Department of Culture and Information and the functions and tasks of state management of science and technology from the Department of Economy. Establish the Department of Agriculture and Environment on the basis of receiving the functions and tasks of state management of the sectors and fields currently assigned to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and the functions and tasks of state management of agriculture and rural development from the Department of Economy, and the functions and tasks of state management of poverty reduction from the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.

The Department of Health takes over the functions and tasks of state management in the fields of social protection, children and social evil prevention from the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs. The Department of Education and Training takes over the functions and tasks of state management in vocational education from the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.
