From 2020-2023, emulation and reward work in Kim Thanh district has had many positive changes. Typically, in the emulation movements in the economic field, the district has actively transformed the economic structure of agriculture, industry and services. The average agricultural and fishery production value increased by 4.54%/year (the average target increased by 2%/year). The average industrial and construction production value increased by 15.87%/year (the average target increased by 13.2%).

In 2022, Kim Thanh district will complete the construction of new rural areas. The cultural and social fields will have many positive changes.

From the emulation movements, many collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements were discovered, many advanced models were honored, set as examples, creating motivation for emulation in each agency, unit and the whole district. In the period of 2020-2023, the whole district had nearly 8,000 individuals and collectives being commended at all levels in various fields.

In 2022, the Party Committee, government and people of Kim Thanh district were honored to receive the Emulation Flag from the Government for excellently and comprehensively completing their tasks, leading the patriotic emulation movement in 2022 of Hai Duong province.
