On March 13, Director of the Department of Environmental Pollution Control (Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment) Hoang Van Thuc signed a decision to inspect the compliance with environmental protection laws of units in Hai Duong province.
According to this decision, the delegation of the Department of Environmental Pollution Control will inspect 10 enterprises in the province. The inspection period is from 2022 to present; the inspection period is 15 days from the date of commencement of inspection at the inspected location (not including the time for analysis, appraisal, and testing of environmental samples).
The delegation will inspect the environmental protection of the enterprise, including: Preparation, appraisal and approval, confirmation of environmental impact assessment (EIA) reports; environmental protection plans or equivalent environmental procedures; periodic environmental monitoring; declaration and payment of environmental protection fees for wastewater; deposit for environmental improvement and restoration; environmental improvement and restoration work. The list of 10 inspected enterprises includes the following LLCs: Dai Duong in Lai Cach Industrial Park; KPF Vietnam in Dai An Industrial Park expansion; VSIP Hai Duong in Cam Dien - Luong Dien Industrial Park (both in Cam Giang District); Nam Tai International in Phu Thai Industrial Park; Tinh Loi Garment; Pacific Crystal Textile in Lai Vu Industrial Park (both in Kim Thanh District); a member of Tuan Tai Trading in That Hung Ward; Thanh Dung in Long Xuyen Industrial Cluster and Pramac Joint Stock Company in Phu Thu Ward (both in Kinh Mon), Investment Development and Vietnam Rubber Industrial Park in Cong Hoa Industrial Park (Chi Linh).
