The 26th session of the 17th Hai Duong Provincial People's Council approved the task of planning the construction of Nam Sach 1 Industrial Park (Nam Sach), scale 1/2000. The project of planning the construction of Hoang Dieu Industrial Park (Gia Loc), scale 1/2000.
Nam Sach 1 Industrial Park is located in An Lam and An Binh communes. The planning scale is 120 hectares, the industrial park planning area is about 100 hectares.
Nam Sach 1 Industrial Park is oriented to be an industrial park with modern, advanced, environmentally friendly technology, including manufacturing sectors such as: manufacturing, manufacturing electrical, electronic, refrigeration equipment, high-tech products serving the electronics, information technology, mechanical manufacturing, manufacturing of machinery, equipment, consumer goods, agricultural, forestry and fishery processing industry...
The Provincial People's Council also approved the zoning plan for Hoang Dieu Industrial Park, located in the communes of Hoang Dieu, Gia Khanh, Hong Hung and Gia Loc town. The planned area of the industrial park is over 245 hectares.
