Previously, a clip appeared on social media recording a scene of some young men driving a motorbike with one wheel on some main roads in the administrative center of Long Thanh district. After being posted, the video attracted thousands of views, causing public confusion and negatively affecting the security and order situation in the district.
During the investigation, the Long Thanh District Police Investigation Agency determined that the above video was recorded by Nguyen Tuan Thanh using his personal phone, then edited and added music to show Duong Hua Hoang Van and NVGK (born 2007, residing in Long Thanh District, Dong Nai Province) performing a wheelie on Truong Chinh Street (National Highway 51B) on July 1, then posted on the social network Tiktok using Thanh's personal account.
At the investigation agency, the group of young men confessed that the above videos were filmed on July 1. In it, Nguyen Tuan Thanh and Nguyen Truong Xuyen discussed using motorbikes to do wheelies and enticed MHH and Nguyen Hoang Phuc, Duong Hua Hoang Van, NVGK, N.D.T., NQH and CTH to gather to perform wheelies on motorbikes on roads in Long Thanh district.
According to the Investigation Police Agency of Long Thanh District Police, the act of a group of young people doing wheelies on motorbikes on densely populated roads is dangerous, causing disorder, negatively affecting the security and order situation in the area, and causing public outrage.
