The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee requests that cadres whose assets and incomes are verified overcome limitations and shortcomings; declare additional information to ensure completeness and accuracy. Request the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, the Department of Finance, and the Tropical Diseases Hospital to pay attention to directing and guiding the declaration of assets and income of cadres to ensure compliance with regulations and annually submit the declaration of assets and income of cadres under the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee to the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee for management in accordance with Party regulations.

At the meeting, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission reviewed the results of the inspection of the leadership, implementation of inspection, supervision and disciplinary tasks within the Party for the Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the Inspection Commission of the Provincial Public Security Party Committee.

The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission found that: The Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Public Security Party Committee have paid attention to leading, directing, thoroughly implementing effectively the directives, resolutions, regulations, and instructions on performing inspection and supervision tasks; seriously organizing the implementation of inspection, supervision, and disciplinary enforcement tasks within the Party. The Party Committee's Inspection Commission has proactively advised the Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Party Committee in leading, directing, and organizing the implementation of inspection, supervision, and disciplinary enforcement tasks in accordance with the functions and tasks of the Inspection Commission.

However, the Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the Inspection Committee of the Provincial Police Party Committee and a number of subordinate grassroots Party Committees still have some limitations and shortcomings in leadership, direction, organization and implementation of inspection, supervision and discipline enforcement tasks within the Party. The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee requests the Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the Inspection Committee of the Provincial Police Party Committee to pay attention to directing Party organizations and Inspection Committees under the Provincial Police Party Committee to overcome limitations and shortcomings; strengthen leadership, direction and guidance of grassroots Party Committees and Inspection Committees to effectively carry out inspection and supervision work in the coming time.

Reviewing the results of the supervision of comrade Le Hong Dien, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of the Department of Planning and Investment, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee found that: Comrade Le Hong Dien, together with the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, paid attention to leading, directing, thoroughly grasping, and seriously and fully implementing the documents of the Central and the province in implementing the democratic regulations and working regulations at the agency. The leadership and direction of the implementation of the Party's regulations on setting an example; closely following the functions and tasks of the agency to advise the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee in directing the implementation of tasks achieved many important results.

However, in organizing the implementation of the supervised contents, comrade Le Hong Dien still has some limitations and shortcomings. The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission requested comrade Le Hong Dien to continue to promote his strengths, overcome limitations and shortcomings, and better perform his tasks in the coming time.

Regarding the results of the supervision of comrade Tran Van Quyet, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Cam Giang District, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee found that: Comrade Tran Van Quyet, together with the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and the District People's Committee, paid attention to leading, directing, thoroughly grasping, seriously and fully implementing the documents of the Central Government and the province in directing and implementing the issuance of certificates of land use rights, house ownership rights and other assets attached to land according to their authority. Well implementing the work of land management and use, the work of changing land use purposes, and the issuance of land use right certificates.
