Results of the 22nd session of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee

The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission has reviewed the results of the Party financial inspection of the Ninh Giang District Party Committee. Through the inspection, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission found that the Ninh Giang District Party Committee has paid attention to leading, directing and organizing the implementation of Party financial work. The collection and expenditure of financial resources are basically guaranteed in accordance with current regulations and the internal spending regulations issued by the District Party Committee. However, in addition to the advantages, the Ninh Giang District Party Committee still has some limitations and shortcomings in the leadership, direction and management and use of finance and assets.

The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission requested the Ninh Giang District Party Committee to review, revise and supplement a number of regulations and rules and direct relevant collectives and individuals to seriously learn from experience in advisory work, to avoid some shortcomings and defects; and to proactively overcome the limitations and defects pointed out through inspection.

At the meeting, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee also reviewed the results of supervision of comrade Nguyen Cao Thang, Provincial Party Committee member, Party Committee Secretary, Director of the Department of Information and Communications in the development and implementation of working regulations; leadership and direction of the implementation of regulations on setting examples of the Party.

The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission found that Comrade Nguyen Cao Thang and the Party Committee have paid attention to leading, directing, thoroughly grasping, and seriously and fully implementing the documents of the Central and the province in the development and implementation of working regulations. Leading and directing the implementation of the Party's regulations on setting an example. Issuing and organizing the implementation of working regulations, democratic regulations, and some regulations of the agency. Advising the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee on areas under the functions and tasks of the department, achieving some important results.

However, in organizing the implementation of the supervised contents, comrade Nguyen Cao Thang still has some limitations and shortcomings. The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee requested comrade Nguyen Cao Thang to review and learn from experience and continue to promote strengths, overcome limitations and shortcomings, and better perform assigned tasks in the coming time.
