According to the scheduled program, today, November 22, the National Assembly will spend the whole morning listening to reports and discussing the issue of resolving citizens' complaints and denunciations.

Specifically, opening the session, Member of the National Assembly Standing Committee, Head of the People's Petition Committee of the National Assembly Standing Committee Duong Thanh Binh presented a report on the results of receiving citizens, handling petitions and supervising the settlement of complaints and denunciations sent by citizens to the National Assembly in 2023.

Government Inspector General Doan Hong Phong, authorized by the Prime Minister, presented a report on citizen reception and complaint and denunciation settlement.

Next, Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on Law Hoang Thanh Tung presented the Report on the verification of the Government's Report on citizen reception and settlement of citizen complaints and denunciations in 2023.

After listening to the reports, the delegates discussed in the hall the results of receiving citizens, handling petitions and resolving citizens' complaints and denunciations in 2023. Government members and relevant agencies and individuals explained and clarified a number of issues raised by National Assembly delegates.

In the afternoon, the National Assembly discussed in the hall the draft Law on Organization of People's Courts (amended). The Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court spoke to explain and clarify a number of issues raised by National Assembly deputies.
