According to the National Assembly's agenda, in the morning, the National Assembly voted to pass the Law on Geology and Minerals.

Vote to pass the Law on Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue.

Afterwards, the National Assembly discussed in the hall the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Supervisory Activities of the National Assembly and People's Councils.

In the afternoon, the National Assembly voted to pass the following laws: Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Securities Law; Law on Accounting; Law on Independent Auditing; Law on State Budget; Law on Management and Use of Public Assets; Law on Tax Administration and Law on National Reserves.

Vote to pass the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Planning, the Law on Investment, the Law on Investment under the public-private partnership model and the Law on Bidding.

The National Assembly voted to pass the Law on Public Investment (amended).

After that, the National Assembly discussed in the hall the draft Law on Management and Investment of State Capital in Enterprises.

On November 28, the National Assembly worked according to the program and carried out personnel work within its authority.

Specifically, the National Assembly voted to pass the Resolution to elect Mr. Le Quang Tung as a member of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly and General Secretary of the 15th National Assembly by electronic voting, with the following results: 454 delegates participated in the vote (equal to 94.78% of the total number of National Assembly delegates), 453 delegates approved (equal to 94.57% of the total number of National Assembly delegates), and 1 delegate did not vote (equal to 0.21% of the total number of National Assembly delegates).

The National Assembly also voted to approve the Resolution approving the Prime Minister's proposal to appoint Mr. Nguyen Van Thang and Mr. Tran Hong Minh as Minister of Finance and Minister of Transport for the 2021-2026 term by electronic voting, with the following results: 452 delegates participated in the vote (equal to 94.36% of the total number of National Assembly delegates), 452 delegates approved (equal to 94.36% of the total number of National Assembly delegates).
