"Hoang Dai Ka" is a woman who specializes in scamming and appropriating money through social networks.

On February 26, the Investigation Police Agency of Cam Giang District Police announced that it had issued a decision to prosecute the case and prosecute Pham Thi Ha (born in 1993, residing in Tram Lo Ward, Thuan Thanh Town, Bac Ninh Province; currently living in Cam Giang District) for the crime of "Fraudulent appropriation of property".

Previously, the Investigation Police Agency of Cam Giang District Police received a complaint from Mr. NTH (residing in Hoang Mai District, Hanoi) about being scammed by a subject using the Facebook account "Hoang Dai Ka" to appropriate money by purchasing goods online.

After verification, the Investigation Police Agency of Cam Giang District Police identified the subject who committed the above act as Pham Thi Ha.

In 2019, Ha opened a wooden furniture store and used a Facebook account named “Hoang Dai Ka” to sell goods. In early 2022, due to unprofitable business, Ha came up with the idea of ​​joining online collaborator groups, taking pictures of wooden statues from other accounts and posting them for sale. If a customer asked to buy, Ha would ask the customer to transfer a deposit or transfer payment to appropriate the goods.

In August 2023, Mr. H. ordered 5 wooden statues for 3.5 million VND. He transferred the money to Ha but did not receive the goods as promised. At the police station, Pham Thi Ha admitted all the crimes.
