Hundreds of major websites are displaying a "404: not found" error after Google Cloud's cloud computing platform crashed.

Statistics from the website DownDetector began to show a spike in reports of network outages from 12:40 on November 16 (Eastern time in the US), or 0:40 on November 17 (Vietnam time).
The outage affected Google, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Discord, Spotify, TikTok, as well as e-commerce sites Target, Etsy, Shopify, and Home Depot, among others.
Additionally, Amazon, Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Cloudflare were also affected.
