Since October 2023, the Fatherland Front at all levels and its member organizations in Hai Duong have launched a special competition to welcome the Congress of the Fatherland Front at all levels for the 2024-2029 term. To date, hundreds of "great solidarity" houses have been built in response to this competition.
According to the competition registration, the Fatherland Front at all levels and member organizations in Hai Duong strive to mobilize resources to build 120 "great solidarity" houses to give to poor and near-poor households. By July 30, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee alone had mobilized to build 49 houses.
There are currently no complete statistics from the Fatherland Front Committees of 12 districts, towns and cities, but according to the reporter's investigation, many units have exceeded the registered target of building "great solidarity" houses. Typically, the Fatherland Front Committee of Thanh Ha district has mobilized businesses to support the construction of 84 houses (each house costs 50 million VND), exceeding the target by 79 houses.
