Hai Duong Provincial People's Council has just issued a resolution to increase the fee for appraising applications for "red books" from July 22, the highest level is 2.4 million VND/application.
The People's Council of Hai Duong province issued Resolution No. 09/2024/NQ-HDND dated July 12, 2024 amending and supplementing a number of contents on collection levels, collection, payment, management and use of a number of fees and charges prescribed in resolutions of the Provincial People's Council.
Accordingly, amend the fee collection level for exploiting and using land data; amend and supplement the collection list and fee collection level for appraising registration dossiers and granting land use right certificates.
Specifically, the fee for appraising registration dossiers, granting land use right certificates for the first time or granting house ownership certificates, ownership of construction works under the authority of the district level for family and individual land in wards and towns is 400,000 VND/dossier (old rate was 200,000 VND/dossier), in the remaining areas it is 300,000 VND/dossier (old rate was 100,000 VND/dossier).
The fee for appraising registration dossiers and granting certificates of land use rights, house ownership rights and other assets attached to land for the first time under the authority of the district level for family and individual land in wards and towns is 850,000 VND/dossier, an increase of 550,000 VND/dossier, in the remaining areas it is 700,000 VND/dossier, an increase of 600,000 VND/dossier.
The highest fee is 2.4 million VND/file for the fee for appraising registration files, granting certificates of land use rights, house ownership rights and other assets attached to land for the first time with land under provincial authority with an area of over 2 hectares in wards and towns.
The Resolution stipulates that 80% of the fee collected for appraising dossiers for granting land use right certificates is left to the collecting unit, which is the Hai Duong Provincial Land Registration Office and district-level branches, and the remaining 20% is paid to the provincial budget.
This Resolution comes into effect from July 22, 2024.
