The processing time and return of results for business registration procedures has also been reduced from a maximum of 3 days to 2 days.
The reduction of time and simplification of administrative procedures by the Department of Planning and Investment has helped save time, costs, and efforts, bringing satisfaction to organizations and individuals.
Currently, the Department of Planning and Investment has 140 administrative procedures under its jurisdiction. Of which, 100% of administrative procedures in the field of business registration are provided with full online public services. The rate of administrative procedure records received and resolved online is over 90%. The rate of digitization of records is 100%.
From the beginning of the year to early November 2024, the Department of Planning and Investment received about 8,000 administrative procedure files, 100% of which were resolved on time and before the deadline.
