100% of procedures on the Hai Duong province's administrative procedure settlement information system have QR codes.

According to the Office of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province, up to now, 100% of administrative procedures publicly posted on the Hai Duong province's administrative procedure settlement information system have QR codes for administrative procedure records.

When submitting administrative procedures online, people and organizations only need to use their smartphones, use the camera application or Zalo application to scan the QR code of the administrative procedure name. After scanning the QR code, people will be guided on the components of the application, processing time, fees (if any) and information related to the procedure to be processed.

Implementing the QR code scanning application helps people save time, effort and reduce travel, promote efficiency, limit the number of documents that need to be supplemented and verified, leading to delays in processing. Administrative procedures are made public and transparent, creating favorable conditions for individuals and organizations to easily access when transacting; improving the quality of administrative procedure processing.

The application of QR codes in online procedure settlement will be deployed by departments, branches and localities from the beginning of 2024.

Currently, the province has 1,908 administrative procedures. Of these, 571 procedures provide online information; 913 partial public service procedures; and 424 full public service procedures.
