According to Hai Duong Newspaper reporters, after Circular No. 29/2024/TT-BGDDT was issued, up to now, the whole province has more than 250 individuals granted certificates of registration for tutoring business.
Failure to register for tutoring business will result in a fine of up to 100 million VND

If you organize extra teaching and learning activities outside of school that collect money from students without registering your business, you will be fined up to 100 million VND.
