Kim Thanh proposes to reduce the processing time of 16 administrative procedures

Specifically, Kim Thanh district proposed to reduce from 3 days to 2 working days 5 procedures in the field of establishment and operation of business households, including: Registration of establishment of business households; registration of changes in business household registration contents; termination of business household activities; re-issuance of business household registration certificates; temporary suspension of business, resumption of business before the notified deadline of the business household.

In the field of establishment and operation of cooperatives, there are 11 procedures, including procedures for registration of establishment of cooperatives and cooperative unions; registration of conversion of cooperative groups into cooperatives and cooperative unions for division, separation, and merger; registration of branch and representative office activities, notification of business locations; registration of changes in registration contents of cooperatives and cooperative unions; notification of temporary suspension of business, resumption of business for cooperatives, cooperative unions, branches, representative offices, business locations; re-issuance of cooperative registration certificates; registration of dissolution of cooperatives and cooperative unions... are proposed to be reduced from 3 days to 2 working days. Procedures for termination of branch, representative office, business location of cooperatives and cooperative unions are proposed to be reduced from 5 days to 3 working days.

The review and simplification of administrative procedures is carried out periodically every year by units and localities in Hai Duong province. This is a basis for proposing the Provincial People's Committee to issue a decision to cut and reduce procedures and time for handling administrative procedures.

Kim Thanh is the first district-level locality in the province to complete the review and recommendation report in 2024. Kim Thanh district currently has 271 administrative procedures under the authority of the district level in 50 areas; 139 procedures under the authority of the commune level in 34 areas.
