The Provincial People's Council has just approved an investment of more than 101 billion VND for 3 high schools in Hai Duong to build and renovate many items.
At the 26th Session held on the afternoon of October 18, delegates of the Hai Duong Provincial People's Council voted to approve a resolution on deciding on the investment policy for the Project to build and renovate Nguyen Du High School, Nguyen Van Cu High School (Hai Duong City) and Chi Linh High School (Chi Linh City).
Nguyen Du High School invested in building a 3-storey subject classroom building and a toilet, with a construction floor area of about 1,452 m2; building and renovating the yard, gate and fence (on Nguyen Van Linh Street side), water supply and drainage system, power supply and lighting, transformer station, fire prevention and fighting system; purchasing equipment for learning and teaching.
Nguyen Van Cu High School invested in renovating and repairing classrooms A, B, and the principal's office; building a 1-storey multi-purpose building with a floor area of about 900 m2. At the same time, the school grounds, yard, gate, fence, garage, water supply and drainage system, transformer station, fire prevention and fighting system were leveled.
Chi Linh High School has invested to demolish the old principal's house and classroom building, build a 3-storey administrative building with a construction floor area of about 1,200 m2; build a 3-storey classroom building with 12 classrooms and 3 libraries with a construction floor area of about 1,800 m2 and a fire prevention and fighting system.
The total investment of the projects is expected to be 101.07 billion VND from the provincial budget in the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021 - 2025. The project implementation period is in the period 2024 - 2025. The project investor is the Hai Duong Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board.
The investment objective of these projects is to enhance facilities for schools, serve learning and teaching needs, improve the quality of high school teaching in the province, and meet the requirements of educational innovation.
