According to a preliminary report from the Department of Information and Communications, the results of measuring the internet index through the i-Speed ​​application of more than 6,000 users in Hai Duong, the average mobile broadband download speed in the province is 78 Mbps. This index helps Hai Duong be in the group of 10 localities with the highest mobile broadband download speed in the country. Compared to the measurement 9 months ago (June 2022), Hai Duong's broadband download speed is currently 53% higher.

The i-Speed ​​application is developed and provided by Vietnam Internet Network Information Center (VNNIC, under the Ministry of Information and Communications), supporting both iOS and Android operating systems.
