Thai Binh Province Traffic Police have just recorded 135 traffic violations and fines, including 3 Hai Duong license plate cars fined for speeding.
From March 19 to 26, the Traffic Police Department of Thai Binh Province recorded 135 cases of cars violating the Road Traffic Law being fined, of which 134 were for speeding and 1 was for not obeying traffic lights. Of the 134 speeding cars, 3 had Hai Duong license plates.
While 3 weeks before, the traffic police force only recorded 24 - 46 cars violating the Road Traffic Law with errors such as not obeying traffic lights and speeding.

According to the female driver, at noon from February 22 to 27, she drove a truck carrying lunch boxes from Nam Dinh province to deliver to a business in Nguyen Duc Canh Industrial Park, Thai Binh City.
