The Department of Justice has 16 administrative procedures in the fields of justice, bailiffs, lawyers, and notaries; the Department of Natural Resources and Environment has 8 administrative procedures in the fields of water resources, surveying and mapping, and land that are eligible to provide full-process online public services.

Among the procedures eligible for full-process online public services, there are a number of procedures that regularly generate records under the Department of Justice such as issuing copies of household registration extracts, confirming household registration information, re-issuing business registration certificates for property auction enterprises...; procedures for providing land data, providing information, data, surveying and mapping products, renewing licenses for small and medium-sized underground water drilling... under the Department of Natural Resources and Environment.

Currently, the Department of Justice has 121 administrative procedures under its management and resolution functions, of which 40 administrative procedures are eligible to provide full-process online public services, accounting for 33% of the total number of administrative procedures. The Department of Natural Resources and Environment has 92 administrative procedures under its management and resolution functions, of which 18 administrative procedures are eligible to provide full-process services, accounting for 19.5% of the total number of administrative procedures.

As of May 10, the provincial administrative procedure settlement information system is providing 1,909 public services. Of these, 552 are full-process online public services; 1,096 are partial online public services and 261 are public services providing online information. The rate of full-process online public services of the province currently accounts for 29% of the total number of online public services.

The increasing number of administrative procedures eligible for full online provision contributes to promoting Hai Duong's digital transformation program because the process of receiving, processing documents, paying fees (if any) will be completely carried out online and the settlement results will be done online or via public postal services.
