Hai Duong has 2 more model new rural communes in culture

These are 2 of 10 communes that have just been recognized as model new rural communes by the People's Committee of Hai Duong province. To date, Hai Duong has 4 model communes in culture.

These communes have 100% of the villages in the area achieving the title of "Cultural Village" for at least 3 consecutive years up to the time of assessment, proposed for recognition as a model new rural commune. The commune has entertainment, recreation and sports venues suitable for children and the elderly according to regulations. There is no domestic violence in the commune, 95% or more of the households are recognized as cultural families. 95% or more of the households in the commune practice a civilized lifestyle in weddings and funerals; strictly implement the regulations of the Provincial People's Committee on cultural behavior at relics. The commune has at least 1 typical model of culture and sports, attracting 70% or more of the permanent residents in the commune to participate and respond; each village has at least 1 team or 1 cultural - artistic and sports club that operates regularly and effectively.

Along with innovating production methods, improving economic life, improving infrastructure... in the process of implementing the construction of model new rural areas, these localities all pay attention to building and equipping cultural and sports institutions, attracting the community to participate in physical education and sports activities.
