At the 19th Session, the 17th Hai Duong Provincial People's Council issued a resolution regulating the land price adjustment coefficient in 2024 in Hai Duong.
The Provincial People's Council approved the coefficient for adjusting prices of urban residential land; rural residential land; commercial and service land in industrial parks and clusters, craft villages; non-agricultural production and business land other than commercial and service land in industrial parks and clusters, craft villages; commercial and service land, non-agricultural production and business land other than commercial and service land in rural areas (remaining locations); agricultural and forestry land.
In the 2024 land price adjustment coefficient plan, localities basically propose to keep the coefficient the same as in 2023. Only some areas and routes have the coefficient adjusted down for residential land to ensure compliance with the market.
