On the morning of April 9, the Hai Duong Provincial Cooperative Union organized a badminton tournament for the collective economic and cooperative sectors.
The badminton tournament attracted 26 athletes from 10 districts, cities, towns, and member units of the Provincial Cooperative Union. The teams competed in 2 categories: men's doubles and mixed doubles.
After half a day of exciting competition, Thanh Mien district badminton team won first prize in men's doubles, second prize went to Kinh Mon town. In mixed doubles, Tu Ky team won first prize, Kim Thanh team won second prize.
The badminton tournament for the collective economic sector and cooperatives is organized to promote the sports movement, enhance solidarity and exchange among member units in the Provincial Cooperative Union. This is an activity to celebrate the 78th anniversary of Vietnam Cooperative Day (April 11, 1946 - April 11, 2024) and the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the Provincial Cooperative Union (November 5, 1994 - November 5, 2024).
