Nearly 50 people participated in the table tennis and badminton tournament for workers and civil servants in Gia Loc district.

On the morning of January 26, Gia Loc District Labor Federation coordinated with the District Culture and Sports Center to organize a table tennis and badminton tournament for workers, civil servants, and laborers to celebrate the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2024).

The tournament had nearly 50 athletes selected from grassroots unions competing in 4 events: men's singles table tennis, men's doubles table tennis, men's singles badminton, and mixed-women's doubles badminton.

At the end, the Organizing Committee awarded the first prize in men's singles table tennis to athlete Nguyen Huu Van (Trade Union of District People's Committee agencies). In men's doubles table tennis, the first prize went to the pair of athletes Nguyen Xuan Tho - Duong Dinh Chung (Pham Tran commune).

In the men's singles badminton event, the first prize went to athlete Nguyen Xuan Truong (Gia Tan commune). The first prize in the men's and women's doubles badminton event went to the pair of athletes Vu Van Sang and Pham Thi Thu Van (Hoang Dieu commune).
