Most businesses in Hai Duong organize spring meetings and wish employees a happy new year on their first working day.

Through a quick review by the Provincial Federation of Labor, as of February 5, Hai Duong had 238,294 workers working at enterprises with trade unions who had returned to work, reaching nearly 90% of the total number of workers. The remaining workers were mainly from distant provinces and were busy with family matters so they could not go to work. In addition, some enterprises held a late spring opening ceremony.

Some enterprises in the industrial park with many workers from other provinces have proactively arranged cars to pick up workers returning to work or supported transportation costs before Tet. In the first days of work, most units organized meetings to wish New Year, encourage workers, and create a vibrant working atmosphere right from the beginning of spring.

According to the Provincial Federation of Labor, the number of workers returning to work after the Tet holiday is high because trade unions and enterprises at all levels have implemented good policies on wages, bonuses, welfare regimes and diversified forms of caring for workers' lives. The working style and sense of discipline of workers are increasingly improved, helping enterprises and units to soon stabilize production and business.
